Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb short pasta of choice
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions:

  1. Put the pasta and water into the insert of the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes then quick release. Stir in the butter, cheddar, milk, and pumpkin until the cheese is melty and everything is gooey. It will be quite saucy but will thicken up. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
