I remember when I could lose 5 lbs back then in three days just by barely eating anything. What about you?

Lately I hear from a lot of female 45+ that have been eating or I should say subsisting on about 1000 calories for quite some time. .Now their bodies are stuck and cannot lose weight. #plateu The body has shut down the metabolism has stopped and the body starts to cannibalize its own muscle. It is now holding on to every ounce of fat for dear life – it it is existing in starvation mode.
What’s the antidote? Up your calories to at least 1400 for four weeks and don’t waiver. This is the hardest part for most women and this game is really in your head. You have to believe that it’s going to work because it will! Fill your plate with lots of raw veggies first. Research healthy snacks figure out your macros and stick to it! Commit to four weeks and exercise five times a week. I Promise you that as long as you’re healthy it will work!
