Day 3 of SHRED! I was up today in weight- 137.7. Gotta admit I didn’t do well yesterday. Eating out anymore always causes bloat. We went out for a bite to eat after our workout yesterday and split a burger and took the top bun off. But it did have cheese and I ate a few of the fries. Doesn’t take much to throw you off track but today is a new day?. Live for this moment- all our anxieties and worries are future or past oriented. We have this moment here right now!!
