Spaghetti with Mushrooms, Garlic and OilFebruary 23, 2019
- 14 small red potatoes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, seasonings and parmesan. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil lined 15×10-inch pan.
- Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes.
