I though this video was worth reposting because of the results I personally get with my clients and myself from HIIT. Not everyone can or should do it but I have found a variety of low impact ways to add it in. You don’t have to run the stairs (as mentioned in this video) even walking and taking every other step will be enough for most people to get their heart rate up to where you feel out of breath for 20-30 seconds. .
Adding even just one day a week of HIIT training in my experience has been the best way for myself and my clients to reduce belly fat. .
