How y’all doing today? I’ve been working on eliminating certain foods from my diet to see what is causing bloat. Seems to be such a problem today for a lot of people. When you know that in 21/2 weeks you have to stand up on stage in a teeny weeny bikini the magnitude of belly bloat intensifies.
It’s definitely whey and milk products for me but I’m also going to try going without eggs in my diet for a few days to see what happens.
It’s been a tough prep at times with vacations, a neck and shoulder injury, and business picking up. At times I felt like quitting – not gonna lie. The workouts are intense and have left me exhausted (house is a hot mess) no time for that! And now the posing – I’ve slacked off on my yoga and stretching so I’m really stiff and tight… YIN yoga for me nightly! Yes it’s s rush job – but the excitement of doing something I love and seeing the results make it all worth it!
