I just posted a new Ab workout on IGTV. .
I always make sure to add lots of HIIT when I’m trying to carve out the abs so this will get that heart pumping. .
Of course losing that belly fat takes more just some crunches, you’ve got to dial in that food in combination with your workouts to lower the body fat for the abs to reveal. .
A lot of times first we need to deal with the inflammation happening from the poor food choices and allergies we have. If you need gut healing start by eating raw vegetables. The enzymes released are so beneficial to our gut. This I know because it has helped me when I’ve looked like I’m 3 months pregnant- lol and there is no way – so I know there is something going on. It’s made me a believer in the power of raw foods! .
Of course this is just the tip of the iceberg and you may need to get professional help if it’s a real ongoing issue for you.
