Join me the next two weeks for my Tabata challenge. I’ll be posting on my IGTV modern bodies channel. First one is up and all you need is a light weight or a weight that’s appropriate for you. I like Tabatas because they are fast, short and great fat burners. It’s great for a finisher after a weight session or do a few of these when you are short on time and need to get a workout in- let me know what you think!
