I had to use this thinking a lot this week just coming off two weeks of being sick. I’m not going to lie, I enjoyed the downtime and the excuse not to have to do as much @swimminginmiracles Spoiling me and to take a break from life and social media. .

I think it’s super important to listen to our bodies. Getting sick, I’m sure we all agree, is your bodies way of telling you it’s time to slow down if possible, meditate and re-evaluate your life. .

However, on the flip side of this I find if I go too long a feeling of stagnation starts to set in and the push to get back up and moving again with day to day life and my workouts can be like being a contestant on @thetitangames pushing that huge 400 pound wall up Mt. Olympus ?️‍♀️?
