LOVE TO SWEAT WORKOUT❤️ Here’s a workout to sweat too. I don’t usually workout barefoot but if you land softly, bending through your knees as you land and rolling through the balls of your feet to your heels it can be safe on the joints.
I like do timed workouts so 1 min each or 30 seconds each side 3 x each will get your metabolism on fire ??

1️⃣Burpees with 4 Mt. Climbers
2️⃣Single Leg Deadlifts
3️⃣Side Plank Glute Lifts
4️⃣Jack Squats
5️⃣Extended forearm plank to one legged down dog
6️⃣Low squat walks
7️⃣Skaters .
