Are you creating a lack mentality when it comes to food choices? Do you find it’s too easy to get caught in the cycle of perfectionism when it comes your food.

I remember when I did my first bikini competition the winner told me behind stage that she drank a glass of wine and ate tortilla chips every night. At the time I thought no way! Although I wouldn’t recommend that to a client that I was training for a show, nor is it my job to tell someone how much or how often. But I can recommend and in day to day life we need to make room for celebratory times!! Life can’t be dull and boring! It all comes down to the portion sizes and the amounts that we eat! .
