My Dysfunctional relationship with food???
.

Do you find yourself yo-yo dieting and putting too many restrictions on your food choices? You are not alone- thousands of us especially women do this all the time. Done to extremes this can lead to depression and even heart problems. But what I don’t like is the way it can make us feel like shit about ourselves. I use to put myself down so much because I felt like something must be wrong with me? Why don’t I have better self-discipline or control. This would start a pattern of really being down on myself that led to depression! .

Now that I am older and wiser, I know that I can work those foods that I love into my life and still be fit, lean and wear the clothes I love, go out on the weekends and not wallow in regret the rest of the week.
