I like to keep it simple and don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen cooking. Because of that I buy the best sources of meat I possibly can afford. I find that with just a few simple seasoning, like lemon pepper and sea salt it usually taste delicious and turns out tender. I can shred it on a salad or throw it into a tortilla. I’ll do the same with ground beef, just add a little low salt healthy taco seasoning and make a taco rice bowl or a taco salad with salsa, avocado, a few chips crunched on top and some oil and vinegar. Add as many veggies as you like. Yum! It usually hits the spot and it’s fast and easy.

What about the sweet tooth? I love my mushroom cocoa with Reishi and a little Stevia and maybe a cookie dough quest bar (I know their not that good for you, but better than a candy bar) or I’ll have a flax 4 life brownie! .
