RuLES FOR 7 DAY SHRED
For those of you who responded to my post about wanting to do a 7-10 day shred here are the rules: .
✅ Drink up to a gallon of water a day. ✅ On an empty stomach first thing in the morning drink 1 TB Raw Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon and liquid pure stevia (stevia is optional). .
✅ 40 min a day mixture of HIIT, Cardio, Circuit Training, Tabatas, mix it up – do something different every day if possible. .
✅ Sample menu:
Meal #1— 2 yolks and 3 egg whites with ½ cup of oatmeal, topped with cinnamon and Stevia • Meal #2— 6 oz. of ground chicken with 6 oz. of sweet potato
• Meal #3— ground chicken (6 oz.) with asparagus (1/2 bunch)
• Meal #4— ground chicken (6 oz.) with 1 cup broccoli
• Meal #5—Fish preferably white (6 oz.) with 1/2 cup rice. .
