  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 bell peppers, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and peppers to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 10 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness, stirring every minute or two to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove from the pan and use immediately or store for use throughout the week. Enjoy!
