This is a great exercise for the posture. As we age we need to stay on top of our slumping- this can affect our breathing patterns, energy levels and may even cause negative patterns of thinking. Our bodies don’t hide how we feel and this can eventually change our physical form and shape resulting in more postural problems. In my Modern Bodies workout I do a lot of cueing for corrective posturing.
