This was part of my yoga routine this morning – my hip flexors get so darn tight from all the bootay work and also this is where my body likes to hold stress. .
I went through about 4 times. Then finished with static floor poses to open up the hips.
I will add these poses in another post. Do you struggle with tight hip flexors too?
