Today is my HIIT workout. Join me! It only takes 20 minutes. I’m doing 30 seconds all out and resting 1 minute. Repeat 3 times. With this explosive type of workout I always take a pre workout supplement and try to stay soft with my landings for less impact on the joints- Enjoy and let me know if you need modifications or equipment substitutes! .
