When it comes to your WORKOUTS- Let go of PERFECTIONISM but make it a PRIORITY! Don’t beat yourself up if you do t do it as much as you’d planned that week. That’s time wasted! Instead, figure out how you can raise your vibration to make this a higher priority and more important in your life. HOW DO YOU DO THIS? Spend more time being grateful and thanking yourself for the times you have exercised. Especially right after a workout! You know that good feeling you get? Lock onto that and how much tighter you feel the next day! Then, the next time you procrastinate or let other things get in the way you will remember how great you felt and want to recreate that feeling. Letting go of perfectionism gives you room to be who you want to be!
