WHICH GLUTE IS CHEATING?
Single leg deadlifts- this is one of the moves we are working on in Modern Bodies Get Great Glutes Camp! This week we are focusing on working one leg at a time. This helps us discover which leg and glute is weaker so that we can correct and strengthen the weaker leg! That way, the stronger side isn’t doing all the work. Most of the time we are not even aware that one side of the body is pulling most of the weight. This weakness can be caused by many things such as muscle imbalances or injuries. If you’re serious about strengthening your glutes it’s important to figure this out. Don’t cheat your glutes!.
